Diet:
• 500g cabbage
• 400g raw potatoes
• 1 onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 2 eggs
• 180g wholemeal flour
• 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
• 1 tsp paprika (optional)
• Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 220°C (hot air/swivel heat: 200°C).
Grate the cabbage and potatoes, chop the onion and two cloves of garlic.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Divide the contents of the dish into approximately 12 equal portions and shape into patties about 1cm thick using your hands.
Place the patties on two baking trays, spacing them apart, and bake in the middle of the oven for 45 mins until crisp.
Serve the patties warm with a nice green salad or as an accompaniment to soup.
