Diet:
• 3 summer squashes
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 400g tomato sauce
• 200g yoghurt (cow's milk or soya)
• 1 tin chickpeas
• Grated cheese (or 3 tbsp nutritional yeast)
• Oregano
Dice the 3 summer squashes, grate 2 cloves of garlic and sauté in a frying pan.
Add oregano.
Brown for a few minutes.
Pour in the 400g of tomato sauce or peeled tomatoes and the tin of chickpeas.
Cook until the squash is tender.
Remove from the heat, stir in the yoghurt and serve with the cereal of your choice.
