Diet:
• 1 big raw beetroot or 2 medium
• A handful flat leaf parsley
• Horseradish sauce
• Toasted sesame seeds
Grate the beetroot and chop the parsley.
In a pan without grease, toast the sesame seeds until golden brown.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and serve.
